Peace and the spiritual gym

I woke up this morning feeling a bit worried about this, that and the other thing, including this new website, and suddenly realised that I didn’t have to fix those things in order to feel good.  My priority was to feel peaceful, and I was going to go straight towards the feeling, and then sort the problems once I felt peaceful.

This is what the spiritual gym is about–strengthening those spiritual muscles by always coming back to direct connection with my deepest peace–rather than thinking I need to sort the world out to be okay.

As I was walking along reflecting on this, a  young man walked ahead of me with this slogan on his back: Peace is the Real Muscle.
